I have a dynamic workflow where there are 27600 contacts and it just skipped sending the first email to everyone and i couldn't see why. How do you know WHY it skipped them to be able to fix it?
And then i streamlined the workflow to try to not skip - is there a way to restart it? Or what happens next?
How anyone run into this?

As @natsumimori suggested it's difficult to pinpoint the issue without looking at your workflow, settings & history. You might find some of the answers here in this HubSpot KB. I'd suggest reaching out to HubSpot support so that they can look into your workflow.

Thank you for reaching out to the HubSpot Community.
I'd recommend checking the history tab of your workflow, it should tell you why a certain action wasn't executed.
