Where is the 'insert image' button in rich text editor?

I don't understand why the rich text editor toolbar is missing the image button. It's as if some things you make in Hubspot have it and some don't.

Hi Kyle! The image is it's own drag and drop module. Your screenshot is in the text, so click content in top left, then select the image module and drop it where you want the picture to be.

The problem is I want the text to wrap around the image. I can't do that if I need to drag an image into it's own space in a grid.

Why can't we just have both options available to us and let us insert images into rich text or drag images into their own place in the layout? There's no reason for this.
