Where can I add an account owner's title to an email?

Hi-

I am trying to figure out how to get a HubSpot owner's title to dynamically appear in an automated email. I can get his/her name in there via personalization tokens, but where and how can I get their title added under it, like "Sales Manager" or "VP of Sales" or "East Region Sales Director"?

I would *assume* I should be able to add a title to each HS owners user record, but I can't even see a method to do that for myself, much less my sales team. 

Has anyone solved this? Drives me nut when the simplest stuff ends up being the hardest to complete.

Hi @Billsen 

To the best of my knowledge you are correct - contact owners do not have a job title/role property that can be used as a personalisation token.

The best workaround I can suggest is to use the contact owner's signature, which is available as a personalisation token, to include their job title. 

Another alternative would be to use a workflow to store the job title in a contact property and update each time the contact owner is changed, but I'm not generally a fan of that sort of approach.

Yep - that was the solution, but it requires each rep to create a signature in HubSpot as I couldn't do it for them.

I had to do a Zoom call to walk the team through the process - would be really nice if Super Admins could just do it for them... (Hint, Hint, HubSpot)
