What's the best way to include different CTAs in one A/B Test Email?
SOLVE
Hey all,
I'm not sure if the initial question makes sense, but I'll try to clarify what I'm hoping to accomplish:
We're going to be launching a campaign to a large part of our client base.
Some of these users might have Contact Owners while some may not.
Our current CTA is a Calendly Booking Link (HubSpots Calendar function does not do anything close to what we need), which will be a link at the bottom of the email.
The way the HubSpot/Calendly integration works is that it doesn't check the Contact Owner before rotating the Calendly link which means that some clients with current Contact Owners could book with people who had already worked with someone from our team.
We want to avoid that from happening.
What my current solution is, is that we would need to create a separate version of the A/B Test Email for each member of our team, and then divy up the list into three to accomodate each email and send it out accordingly using a Workflow. The only issue with that, is that we would need to manually add the results together (not terrible, just annoying) and do a bit more setup work to accomodate this process.
Is there something I'm missing or another way that this could be done?
You could for example have a rule for "contact owner is known" to show a specific CTA and have the rotated assignment calendly link as the default which would show if it's unknown.
