What happens when a lead goes back to the form landing page?

Scenario: Lead fills out the form on the landing page andis directed to the download page and silmultaneously receives an email (set-up in the workflow).

Question: If that lead goes back to the form page to access the download page again, will they  need to hit the submit button again to get to the download page and will they be sent another email?

If the lead returns to the same landing page again, they will have to complete the form and click the submit button to progress to the thank you page again. Unless the form has smart fields or the prepopulate setting is turned off, the form should already be complete. 

Whether they get the email or not depends on your workflow settings. The default workflow is configuration is not to allow re-enrollment though, so probably not. 

My preferred configuration for managing this is to use a simple follow up email, instead of a workflow, and provide a link to the thank you page in the email.
