Under both the Email > Analyze tab and the performance metrics for individual marketing emails, the vast majority of devices used to open emails are marked as 'other' by HubSpot. There's no definition for this on either page.
With privacy features that have come about in recent years, the features that are used to determine device, etc. are no longer working thus they are registered as Other because the system is unable to make a determination.
