What are my options? Bespoke modules in drag and drop vs a bespoke template

SOLVE

Hi,

I hope someone out there can give me some guidance.

I was looking to have created a bespoke template that would work with drag and drop elemements, however I now realise that isn't possible on HubSpot.

I really need a branded template that can be easily edited in terms of imagery and text, but also look and feel in terms of switching up the layout. So what are my options here? Could I use the Hubspot drag and drop template, and create several bespoke modules to build an email and flex this way? E.g. A couple of different branded hero styles, sections etc.  Could I make it so these modules are editable within the template too without having to edit within the HTML?

Hope this makes sense, thanks you in advance for any advise!

Hi there 🙂 My name is Olivia - ex-hubspotter and member of the Baskey agency team.

So my suggestion here would be exactly what you are thinking. You can create custom modules from scratch that are still editable within the left side panel in the email editor.  If built well, there would be no need at all to edit the HTML of these modules to update the stying.

Once you have one email built that you are happy with (using these modules) you can then save it as an email template so you can easilyl pull it up again when creating emails from scratch.

Our team at Baskey have a lot of experience building custom drag and drop modules that are fully editable without needing to code. If you would like any help or advice, please let me know. You can find my email in my signature 🙂

All the best!
