I have had no problems with previous mass emails, but several recipeients contacted me to say they could not open the links on my most recent mass email.
I noticed that I could not open the links either using my computer outlook email system. I could open the emails using my cell phone.
It seems that Hubspot links are no longer compatible with link protection on some email servers.

The issue is with the link protection on some email servers which is causing the links to be blocked.
To fix this issue, they have created a workaround which involves adding a redirect URL to the links in the email.
This will allow the links to be opened in any email client regardless of the link protection.
To add this, you can go to the Settings section of your Hubspot account, select the Email tab and then select the Redirect URL option. You can then enter the redirect URL for each link in your email. This should fix the issue and allow recipients to open the links in your email.

I also have the same issue. I found the URL redirect but it will not allow me to enter in a redirect address as my original webaddress is not a HubSpot hosted domain. How do I resolve this!
