I'm trying to create a shareable link to keep our internal teams informed about the communications being sent to our customers. Since not everyone has access to HubSpot, I attempted to generate a web version URL. However, when I open the link, it displays a "Page not found. Error 404" message.
Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it?
When you say "I attempted to generate a web version URL" does that mean you succeded in doing so, or is the source of the problem. You can only create web versions of email before you send them. Once they have been sent there isn't really a way of creating a web version of the email unless you clone it.
Can you mazbe share some screenshot of what you are doing and where, so we are on the same page?
Thanks
Frank

If you're getting a "Page not found" error for your web version link in HubSpot, first ensure the email is published and not in draft status, as unpublished emails won’t generate a link. Next, check that the web version option is enabled in the email settings. After sending the email, try opening the link directly from the email itself—sometimes the generated link doesn’t work, but the one in the email will. If it's still not working, clear your browser cache or try opening it in an incognito window. If the issue persists, contact HubSpot support with the error details for further assistance.
