Web URL only works in Firefox

We seem to be experiencing an issue where the View in Browser web version link (generated via this process https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-a-web-version-of-your-marketing-email) only loads in Firefox (and not in Microsoft Edge or Chrome).  How can this issue be resolved?

Hey @JMoy I would follow @BérangèreL 's advice and request for more information so we can diagnose.

My 2-cents:

• HubSpot can take some time to update content, maybe its just not been long enough?
• I second checking on the email sending domain configuration

I am sorry to hear that the web version of the email marketing is not working for Microsoft Edge nor Google Chrome.

So that we can help you the best we can, could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on these browsers, please?
Also, have you tried in incognito on these browsers? Does it work?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

Is the domain used on these marketing emails live? Because if they are not, if might be the reason why it's not working.
You can check in the settings of your account, under domains.
