I am sorry to hear that the web version of the email marketing is not working for Microsoft Edge nor Google Chrome.
So that we can help you the best we can, could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on these browsers, please? Also, have you tried in incognito on these browsers? Does it work?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
Is the domain used on these marketing emails live? Because if they are not, if might be the reason why it's not working. You can check in the settings of your account, under domains.
