Using internal value of a dropdown in a workflow email

I have created a landing page where new contacts can fill out some information. When they click submit i want to send them an email with some basic information.

I can include the First and last name of the contact just fine.  However i created a custom dropdown where they can select a webinar they can attend.  But i want this webinar to be a friendly value, like webinar 1 of webinar 2.

However after submitting in the email it should use the internal value of the dropdown for instance https://mycompany.eu/link-to-mywebinar1.  However when i include the property Contact.Webinar it should the friendly value in the email.  How can i show the internal value?

if your field name is formatted the same as your url you can use the personalised field in the a href = "myurl.com/{{ contact.webinarchoice }}"

or populate a cutom field with the exact info using and if thenon the dropdown.

remember and have a delay on the responder to allow the flow to run
