My problem is that I cant upload images to my e-mails. I got the following error message: Your file uploader has been suspended while we carry out some additional checks.
Dont cant get the reason why is it suspended. I deleted the caches and tried in incognito, but the problem is still exists.
Unfortunately, it's exactly as the notice states. The file manager is suspended while HubSpot performs additional checks – there isn't anything you can do to work around this, expedite this or fix this. You'll simply have to wait.

thanks for your fast reply, but now I don't have an uploaded image that can be checked, and also the problem has persisted for around a year. I just didn't need the feature until now. So I think just waiting is not an option.
