Unsubscribe Customers from Certain Sales Campaigns.

Hello,

Our company has several different email campaigns that we send out. We would like to unsubscribe some of our customers from certain emails WITHOUT unsubscribing them from all emails. 

We would like to keep them in the loop, but we would not like them to receive certain emails.

Hi @FIT_MattF

Are the campaigns you speak of:

a) manual email sends?

b) workflow sends?

c) blog digests?

If they are a) manual email sends, you should create a list of all customers and exclude that list on the recipients page of the email setting. 

If they are b) workflow sends you can use the list of customers as a suppression list in the workflow settings

If they are c) you will have to unsubscribe all customers (manually or by workflow) from the relevant blog subscription.

I believe they are workflow sends.
