Unique Preference Page Based on Field/Property Needed

Hello, we previously were able to display a unique logo/disclosures on a preference page based on a field/property assigned to the contact. Since the update to view type based on segments (which has also been a huge help), we are no longer able to use this code. 

What we're looking for is, if the field property equals true or yes for a contact is shows that businesses logo and disclosures. If it's false it defaults to the original logo and disclosures. We can't seem to get it work with the coding we have (even though it should work). 

Has anyone successfully accomplished this and willing to help?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or recommendation for a 3rd party solution

I understand that since the update to segments-based view types, you're having trouble displaying unique logos and disclosures on the preference page based on a contact's field/property.

I'd like to tag in some of our Top Contributors  to see if they have any workarounds or suggestions. Hi @Indra @LaurenRyan and @Bortami Have any of you all done anything like this before? Do you have any advice for @KMcKenna6?
