Trying to auto assign inbound inbox to a user each time
Hello all - two quick questions.
We're setting up our inbound customer service email account.
1) it's called custserv@XXX.com and we want it to make the owner of these inbound emails to be all be custserv@XXX.com - which we set as a user in setup.
a) I can't figure out how to make it the owner.
2) also how can I turn each of these inbound into a marketing (as opposed to non-marketing) concept automatically? or optimally into a list called "XXX marketing list"
3) Lastly, does anyone have a suggestion on best ways to block out spam mail from this account so all those spam mails don't become part of our marketing?
