Troubles with Integrating Outlook to Inbox

SOLVE

I wanted to connect my outlook to my HubSpot inbox but i keep getting "

Unable to load HubSpot Sales add-in

Reload add-in

If this keeps happening, please contact support

What does thi smean and how do i combat this

Hello @IRuiz76 ,

Generally, this issue usually pops up when the HubSpot Sales Outlook add-in fails to load due to browser or environment conflicts.

You can check this HubSpot troubleshooting guide - https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/troubleshoot-the-hubspot-sales-outlook-desktop-add-in

Try these quick steps:

  • Clear your browser cache (Outlook add-ins run on your browser engine).

  • Update Outlook & Office to the latest version.

  • Reinstall the add-in from the Office Add-ins store.

  • Check in Outlook Web to see if it works there.

  • If you're on a company network, make sure the firewall/antivirus isn’t blocking  *.hubspot.com.


Still having trouble? Click Help > Talk to support in your HubSpot account and choose Chat or Email or Call.

The error message you're seeing indicates that the HubSpot Sales Add-in is failing to load properly. I would make sure that your Outlook is up to date. If that doesn't work, try a different browser. If it still doesn't work, you can try using the HubSpot Sales Extension.
