Tips for making this look better in Outlook Windows 10

This email template looks fine in every email client except Outlook 10. I've already made some changes, but how do I fix the issues that are left? It doesn't have to be perfect, but I would like it to look as good as possible.

Which version of HubSpot are you using? And is that a custom-coded template in the Design Manager, or a HS provided default, or a template you purchased, or a drag-and-drop one?

Background colors are notoriously fiddly on Outlook (as you're seeing!) - and the cause can be many things. Potentially you need to set the background colour on many of the table elements, or possibly you'll need to add something like this if you're hand coding:
