The token doesn't exist.

Hey all, 

 

We're working on a programmable module for an email. 


I can preview and all the data pulls in correctly. The test emails send and they look right. However, I cannot publish as it says: token doesn't exist.

Hi @CKalbach !! 

Happy Tuesday. 

 

Are you sure owner.mobile is a property in your CRM? 

I can't understand API for now, but I know that when I use personalization tokens it can give some errors like this. 

 

You need to create a new property (if don't already have it in your CRM) and enter text for properties with no value. 

 

Please, let me know if it makes sense.
