Test mails are not sending

SOLVE

Hello everyone,

 

We are creating an email marketing campaign. And it happens that test emails are not sending now. Have you encountered something like this before? Is it an error?

Hi @TMyatNoe,

 

Test emails are being sent directly from HubSpot, not via your connected email sending domain. In other words, there would be issues with receiving emails from HubSpot. Test mails are not sending

SOLVE

We are facing the same issue. I can receive other emails from hubspot (like notification of logging in to this forum) but not the test email for morketing.

I'm experiencing a similar problem. While I can receive other emails from HubSpot, I haven't received the test email for marketing purposes and for my website .
