Hi all, one of my team members is unable to see the email builder and access our old templates in the CRM tab. This seems to be since we acquired our paid seat; are there additional permission settings I need to grant? Currently she has all of the Marketing permissions enabled.
Hey there @ADowd1 I want to confirm what you're asking, as I don't see any email function in the CRM tab. There's marketing emails under the marketing tab, and templates under the library tab (which is for Sales).
