I am currently enrolling about 50 contacts a day into an outreach sequence, not really through the marketing hub, but I use to be able to view who opened what how many times. I could rank it too by number of opens.
I want to be able to reach out and call those who have opened the email multiple times, but I cant find the best way to view that. What would be the best way to take advantage of email open tracking?
@JakeLitch99 You could create a workflow that adds those individuals to a list based on the preferred number of opens. And then you can filter your Contacts view based on that list!
Workflow would be Contact based. The Trigger being number of emails opened or clicked is equal to or great than X. Then add said contact to XY list.
Then you can save a filtered view of that list for you and your team to review. Now dependent on your database and activity size this could get large and noisey quick so Active List removal based on the Lead Status could help keep it clean and tidy!

You need to adopt your Triggers to be "filter when criteria is met" and then the Filter type will be "Marketing Emails." From here you'll select the individual Marketing Email. Don't worry you can add an OR option to add additional emails.
You'll now have a long list of options to choose from: [image: image.png]
You can select "opened email" and then have your next step be the list building item!
