Swap between email templates

Is there a way I can swap one published email created with a template to another template that I want? I want to avoid creating the emails from scratch.

I need this feature as well. I have about 20 automated emails up and running in workflows for pipeline stages. They all have decent open rates and we want to keep these metrics when switching over to a freshly branded template we are using moving forward. But it looks like I have to rebuild all of them using the new template from the start.

I second this, if a Hubspot employee reads this thread, it would be extremely helpful to be able to swap out the template in a current email. I have been primarily using Klaviyo and they allow this to be done, so moving into hubspot this is already creating a hurdle in my workflow and causing me to slow down when I need to get a lot done.

Hi @IuliaArtean,

If you're using custom coded email templates, yes, in that case you could do so in the settings tab of the email editor. If you're using the drag and drop email editor, no.

Pff... I am using drag&drop email editor. It's so sad as I will have to spend much time on this. 😞 Maybe you can do something about this in the future.
