Super admin no receiving test emails

SOLVE

Hi! My boss and I are both Super Admins on our Hubspot account but she's not receiving the test emails I sent. Some details:

  • The previous marketing test emails worked fine and were received (the last one was in October) 
  • I added a new verified email and it received the test email 
  • The test email is not on the Spam folder either
  • No error message in Hubspot as it shows sent 

Any leads in resolving this greatly appreciated. Thank you!
