Someone filled a hubspot form on my website and did not get any registration confirmation email. Why? In other words, How can they confirm their registration?

Forms do not send a confirmation email unless they are configured to do so - either with double opt-in settings, send a follow-up email, or with a bespoke workflow. Have you configured one of these and it has failed, or are you yet to set one of these up?
