Smart Rule issue

I have a smart rule I'm trying to get to work for an email I am using in a workflow. Depending on their lifecycle stage, they will receive a new image. But unfortunately, it is showing all the images I have in the smart rule rather than just one image. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Without seeing what the smart rules are, I wouldn't be able to say what the issue is. Did you customize the rules to display each for a particular lifecycle stage?
