Signature set in CRM not populating in test emails
SOLVE
When I send myself a test email that should come dynamically from the contact owner, the signature for the sales rep that is set by each person indivdually in their settings is not populating.
I'm not sure if this is because it sends the email from a "noreply" address by default instead of showing the contact owner as the sender, or if I'm doing something wrong- but it makes it annoying to test out of the different iterations and make sure each rep has their signature set up properly before I send.

Are you 100% certain that needed contact owners have followed these steps to set their signature in HubSpot? I'm able to see different email signatures based on contact owner within the email preview.
I would also ensure that all looks good with the personalization token and your default settings:
Have you tried heading to Preview > Preview as a specific contact within the email builder? That will allow you to select a specific contact and see how the email will pull in their contact properties/contact owner properties. It should be a lot quicker than sending test emails as well.

This shows me the same thing as what gets emailed to me- I thought maybe if I actually sent the email, it would populate the signature. But it does not. At least- not for me 🙂

Are you seeing the same thing for every contact you try, or is it just for one specific contact? And do you have an owner set for the contacts you're testing?

Ah, thank you Jacob- I didn't realize I needed to set a "signature" token, I thought the signature would populate automatically upon sending like it does in other email clients like Outreach. Thanks for clarifying, I've got it now!!
