Permissions look correct and your subscription also sounds like you're still on marketing contacts. Since this is a user to user community and I cannot poke around in your portal, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support in-app directly, via chat or email.

We have this: Marketing Hub Professional (Includes 1,000 Contacts), 7,000 Additional Contacts, Sales Hub Professional (Includes 5 Users), and Service Hub Professional (Includes 5 Users).
I am a Super Admin with Marketing Contact access.
I am unable to edit any of my permissions because they're HubSpot's Super Admin default.
What I'm looking for is the "Change Marketing Contact Status" function I've seen 1,000s of times before.
I've already updated the Communications Subscriptions, but I don't know if that's going to cut it to get my billable Marketing Contacts reduced. We want to reduce them.
I also tried to do it via a Workflow. It's just gone.
