Hi. Customers are unable to respond to my emails sent through hubspot as the email address the customer sees as the email being sent from is example=gmail.com@hubspotfree.net
From what I see on the knowledge base, it should be example.gmail.com@hubspotfree.net
I have checked all my account settings and my email address is set up correctly.
My customers are getting errors when replying saying the email address does not exist.
I have had this exact same problem this week after many years of sending weekly stock lists to customers. Missed out on an order because of it. Hope if this will not happen in Monday when I send the next email out
Has this happened on multiple occasions or only for one email? Can you confirm that the email address was entered correctly as shown in the Knowledge Base article?
Josh

Hi Josh Yes the email address was entered correctly. And yes the error is received by more than one person. This is the error the customer receives: Your message wasn't delivered to cory=example.ca@hubspotfree.hs-send.com because the domain hubspotfree.hs-send.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.
(I changed our website domain name to "example" in the above)
