Thanks for reaching out to the community! If the marketing email is already has a "sent" status, it's not possible to recall it in HubSpot. The reason is that when an email is being sent out, it now resides in your customer's email client inbox which is something we don't have access to. We are only able to control or stop an email if it is still in the process of being sent out.
This is the same across most email providers such as Gmail too where emails can only be rescinded within the first few seconds.
