Sending email after form submission

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to send an follow up email with a download link to a content offer after customers fill out a contact form. However, when I go to the "Send a follow-up email" list, only simple follow up emails appear. I'm guessing this means I can't send just any email. But I downloaded a very nice template to use for this follow up email that I'd like to use for this offer. Is it possible to change the type of email for this template to be able to use it as a follow up email?

Hi @monicatorres

You can't change the template that is applied to follow-up emails before you create them, but you can change the template that is used once you have. 

Once editing your new follow up email, go to settings and swap the template.
