Sending a newsletter from HubSpot

Good day, colleagues,

We have 2 questions regarding the newsletter we want to send:

1. if adding another email user to Hubspot will cost us something or create any issues -  we want to send a newsletter from a separate email - a new one we want to create for this purpose.
2. if we are able to send from a group email (where the replies are sent to multiple people and it doesn't just belong to one person) - meaning a new email we will create will behave as info@companyname.com ?

Happy to assist here – generally, you can freely specify the sender name and sender address / from address in the options tab of the marketing email editor: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-marketing-emails-in-the-drag-and-drop-email-edi...

Keep in mind that recipients will see a note that the email was sent via HubSpot unless you upgrade to a paid subscription and authenticate your email address: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/manage-email-authentication-in-hubspot

Thank you. Does it mean if we have a Professional Subscription - we have a paid subscription and yes a new email will be authenticated for sure. 

Last queston please https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog Now we have 2000K marketing contacts included using a Professional subscription. Based on the info following the link - 250$ will be charged for up to 20000 marketing contacts? Thanks a mullion for your time and dedication!

@ISmolin perfect, if you have a paid marketing subscription, no worries. You can authenticate your email and freely choose sender names, including team addresses or aliases or even made up ones.

Regarding marketing contacts, you're referring to this?

If you have 2,000 marketing contacts, the next 5,000 marketing contacts will cost $250. You would then have 7,000. If you need 5,000 more, that would again be $250.

Starting at 22,000 total marketing contacts, things get a bit cheaper and you'll get the next 5,000 for $225.
