Sending a Marketing Email to Internal Users

Is there a way to send a Marketing Email to a list of our Users? Without making them all Contacts, or do they need to be Contacts so as to then create a list? Our internal send list will vary for each Marketing EDM, ideally it would be good to see our User list and select which ones I'd like to send the Marketing email to - is this possible at all?

Ultimately I'm looking for some way to send internal staff a copy of a Marketing Email as an FYI so they can see what their customers are receiving (these people will mostly be HubSpot Users but potentially not always).

Hi @M_Kelly,

Yes, these recipients would have to be HubSpot contacts as well. While it's possible to send marketing emails without an existing contact record using the "Send internal marketing email" workflow action in workflows, that doesn't scale and would mean typing email addresses into a single text field.

In the send or schedule tab of the marketing email editor, you can pick individual contacts - that's how you could select the ones you'd like to receive the email.
