Sending Text E-mails

Hi,

I did read the instructions on how to send an e-mail & I'm still unclear.

Am I NOT able to send the e-mails as text?

I don't want to send them as html as the odds of it ending up in their spam folder increases.

Hi,

Yes, on the free plan you are able to send emails, I have written how to do this below:

1) Locate to 'Marketing' and then 'Email'

2) In the top right hand corner click on 'Create Email'

3) Choose a template for your email

4) Then it will let you edit the template and add in your text.

Just incase this is a step that you havn't taken yet, I have witten some instructions below on how to set-up your email sending domain:

1) In the top right hand corner, click on 'Settings'

2) Then 'Domains & URLs'

3) Scroll down to the 'Email Domain' section

4) Click on 'Connect an email sending domain'

5) Then it will take you through the process of adding the email you would like your emails to be send from and further instructions after that.

Just so I understand, are you trying to send a plain email using a basic email template to contacts within your CRM?

Hi,

I'm doing marketing & yes, I will add these companies to my HS & then send them an e-mail, but like I said, I want it to be plain text, no html.

Hi,

Do you have email templates within HubSpot? Also which package are you currently on as HubSpot offer to create basic email templates using your branding.

If you needed an email designed to your branding as a basic email template, I can mock up a price to use our designers and developers to get this completed quickly for you?

I'm on the free plan & don't need a template, just to be able to send e-mails using your server so they don't hit the person's spam folder.

I thought I can send e-mails thru the free plan too. No?
