Sender information no showing on clients

After setting up my customized email 

I still get this email address as the from address 

happ...@...hubspot-inbox.com

@MNjue did you set up the sender address in your last organisation? How to do this is within the article linked in my initial comment. 

 

If you set this up to come from your own domain this will help improve email deliverability, there's also great advice on improving this on the knowledgebase here.

Hi @MNjue this is down to the sending address you've setup within your account, there's great guide on this here

I don't believe it's currently possible to customise the from address in a free HubSpot service hub account however.

I had a similar setup and account in my last organisation and it worked fine. 

Secondly, all emails sent out through my Hubspot now are classified as spam or rejected bys some mail recipient servers.
