Send test emails to multiple people in a group test email
解決
Hi
It is currently not possible to send a marketing test email to a group of people. Whenever I have multiple people I want to send the test email to I will typically send it to myself then forward it to the individual’s so we can have a single email thread. It would be great when I put more than one person in the "send test email to" section and then it will ask if I want to have it become a single email thread or not.
... marketing emails in HubSpot never generate a thread. I'm not aware of threading for marketing emails / bulk emails in other tools either. You should be able to select multiple recipients for test sends but yes, it will generate separate threads, as is common practice for bulk email sends.
Sending it to yourself, then forwarding to create a thread, is currently the best workaround.

Marketing E-Mails are by their very nature not threadable emails and will never be grouped but always end up as single threads in each recipients inbox.
Either keep forwarding a test email that you've sent to yourself, as that opens up a group thread or just use the comment function in the email tool so everyone works out of HubSpot to begin with.
