I would like to send our most recent newsletter to new subscribers automatically.
I couldn't make a workflow that on subscription either via a lead flow or a form sends the last newsletter. You can only send mail which is saved for workflows.
What I would like to happen is:
We send a newsletter to selected subscribers
If someone subscribes via a leadflow or form
After double opt-in they recieve the newsletter (personalized for them, so not as an archived newsletter)
If we send another newsletter that one will be send to new subscribers without us doing anything other than make and send the e-mail newsletter.
Do you have an idea how to build such an automation? Thanks!

While I'm not an expert, by any imagination, I can't see a way to make it happen. #1, your rolling dates presents a problem. How to account for enrollee's during this time frame and when to reset the date. #2 is "selecting" the email. While you could name it the same, I'm sure that internally, HS uses some coding to identify each email/ page/ blog/ landing page/ etc.....

I needed something similar. I just want new subscribers to have access to the "current" email.. The answer appears to be to create an online version of your newsletter (a case of using one toggle) and send the link to new subscribers.
