I've created workflows to send an internal email based on a form submission. I've also included an external email address to this "internal email." The purpose of this is to notify our product dealers in other countries of new leads. The dealer's email address isn't a user in our system, but it is letting me put it in as an email to send the internal notification email to in the workflow. Is it possible that Hubspot is blocking this email since they aren't a hubspot user on our account?
The internal email action lets you manually enter email addresses that are not users on the account - therefore I can't see how it would know or block ones that don't have your domain.
Are the recipients not receiving these emails? Or have you not tested it yet?
