We're making a major change to one of our customer portals and want to give a heads up to a siginificant number of customers.
I need to send a list to 200+ customers, I have a list of all the email addresses in a spreadsheet that we exported from one of our web portals.
What is the easiest way for me to get these email addresses into a bulk (bcc) email? The vast majority of these emails will already be in Hubspot as contacts, but manually copying/pasting over 200 emails doesn't seem like the best way.
When importing contacts, you can tell HubSpot to create a list from that import. Any contacts that are already in your system will be deduplicated based on the email address.
I have the same question except. Is it possible for Hubspot to INCLUDE all the contacts regardless of if they are already present in Hubspot or not? i.e. I have a speardsheet that contains a list of contacts i want to send an email to. Some are in hubspot some are not. I don't want to have to MANUALLY go into each contact that already exsists in hubspot and add them to the list. What is the process to updload a spreadsheet and send directly to the contacts on that spraedsheet? Every other email system I've ever worked with allows you to do this and I can't figure it out in hubspot.
An email is a unique identifier for contact in HubSpit. As you said that many of these contacts might already be there in your HubSpot acc, then the properties that you will be importing will be updated if there are any changes in those values.
Hope this helps!
