Send Bulk Email From Imported List

Hi all.

We're making a major change to one of our customer portals and want to give a heads up to a siginificant number of customers.

I need to send a list to 200+ customers, I have a list of all the email addresses in a spreadsheet that we exported from one of our web portals. 

What is the easiest way for me to get these email addresses into a bulk (bcc) email? The vast majority of these emails will already be in Hubspot as contacts, but manually copying/pasting over 200 emails doesn't seem like the best way.

You simply have to import your spreadsheet in HubSpot. 
Set up your import files (hubspot.com)

An email is a unique identifier for contact in HubSpit. As you said that many of these contacts might already be there in your HubSpot acc, then the properties that you will be importing will be updated if there are any changes in those values.

You can import these email addresses into HubSpot from your spreadsheet. The steps are outlined here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/import-objects

Before importing, you can review some sample import files: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/set-up-your-import-file#sample-import-files

When importing contacts, you can tell HubSpot to create a list from that import. Any contacts that are already in your system will be deduplicated based on the email address.
