Hi! We are not receiving out of office emails to the email address that we specified in the Settings tab of the email. Whatever email address we chose as a reply-to address we still don't get the ooo. Can someone please help?
This knowledge base article outlined here outlines the requirements in order for an Out of Office reply to track in HubSpot. It sounds like the issue you are seeing may be related to the reply to address not being connected in HubSpot.
Do you mind looking a those requirements and if the behavior persists I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot support!
