SUBSCRIPTION PREFERENCES

HI All 

 

 

 I want to create a SUBSCRIPTION PREFERENCES BUTTON that would feed back the input information back into the CRM.

For examples ;

 

Email me only 

I prefer text or  wats app 

happy to be called 

 

This will give our sales and appointment setting team the best opportunity to make contact with leads / prospects

To provide this info to your sales team, the best option would be to create a custom property.

 

You could then use that custom property in a form that is triggered when the user clicks the button.

 

Then you'll add the results of their choice to the contact record by making it visible for your sales team.
