Are clicks from web versions of emails included in the performace data of the email?

Hi @juliesmith1,
Yes, they are. I can't find any documentation on this but HubSpot support confirmed this to me at some point. (One way of testing this would be to send a marketing email to a list of 1 – yourself – and clicking a few links in the web version. Keep in mind that email reporting can be delayed a few minutes.)
