Reporting on differnce between delivery and open times
We are looking to build a report so that we can see the difference between when our emails are sent/delivered and when they are opened - this is to see if we are sending them at the right time of day or if certain products/customer types need to have emails sent at different times to get the best open rate and reponse
Unfortunately, I can't help you with this, as I can't find a property that gives you the opening time. You might have to work with custom properties that set a timestamp as soon as the email is opened (via workflow). Until then, you can only read the email performance data. Regards
