Remove "powered by hubspot" in email footer

I am attempting to remove the "powered by HubSpot" email footer message. I already upgraded to the starter plan yet it still will not allow me to remove it.  Any suggestions? I can't find anything in the settings.

@CPorterfield can you confirm it is still showing when you send an email through (not in preview or a test email)? Since you recently upgraded, it should be removed on your first send - easiest way to confirm is to create a basic email and mail it to a list that includes you and/or your internal team.

Hi @CPorterfield,

Was this email drafted before you upgraded to the Starter plan? If the purchase was only recently, it might take a moment to reflect in your portal.

Could you confirm which subscription exactly you're on, does it include Marketing Hub Starter? If so, I'd recommend following @Jnix284's recommendation to simply try and send the email to yourself. If that doesn't work,  try to clone it (which might carry over the powered by HubSpot notice), and if that still doesn't work recreating it from scratch.

If none of the above gets you anywhere, you would have to reach out to HubSpot support via email in-app. https://help.hubspot.com/
