Re-upload files in marketing emails

Résolue

Hi! Are there any possibility to re-upload a marketing file and not to lose the file url?

In sales - documents it´s possible to do that with the re-upload option.

Thanks!

Hi @RicardoCampos,

When you upload an image in the marketing email editor, HubSpot is storing this file in the file manager. If you want to change the file but keep the URL, you'd have to find it in the file manager (Menu > Marketing > Files and Templates > Files) click on the file (or the 'Details' button). A sidebar on the right should pop up with a 'Replace' button.

If you replace the file here, HubSpot will show the new image wherever that URL is currently used.

Hope this helps!
