Hi @jennysowyrda, I am sending out monthly comms to my client but they have not received a single email. Hubspot says that all of the emails are sent but the client says they haven't received a single one. Not sure how to proceed. Any help is appreciated 🙂
I've moved this post in a new thread as it seems the issue is different from the other thread. I understand some of your customers are not receiving the emails you are sending them. Are those marketing emails or 1:1 emails?
