I have attached all of your account IDs to the case our engineers are investigating. They were able to identify the cause of this error and are working to fix as a high priority. Again this is not something I am able to put an ETA on, but I will keep you posted here as soon as I receive updates.
Hi Roisin, please add my Account ID to the list as well - am currently trying to evaluate Hubspot for use in my firm and this is a key part we need. The rest looks good so far 🙂
When I walk through the steps of integrating with mail chimp, I am directed to login to mailchimp. all works well. then I am kicked back to the beginning with no error message and no integration with mail chimp.
I have just had this problem too - I've followed the prompts and it must have a loop happening at the back end - it asks me to login again to mailchimp without saying that the login failed or doing anything else at all.
I logged into mailchimp in another browser tab to make sure I wasn't doing something with my password, but that worked straight away.
Hopefully an admin or someone else may be aware of a solution...!
