I built a form and it doesn't appear to be working properly. I've tested it multiple times and sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't. The form consists of one 'page' where I'm asking the users for their name, email address, and company name. Upon submission, the form then goes to the next 'page' where I've got multiple checkboxes for them to choose. Upon submission, it goes to a third page where the user also has multiple boxes to choose from. The final 'page' is a multi line text box. At this point, I'm seeing the most consistent issue - whereby clicking on Submit, nothing happens (the screen doesn't advance to the fiinal message page thanking them. At first I thought it wouldn't work if the user had multiple boxes checked on a multiple checkbox field, but that didn't always cause an issue. Also, in some cases I received a message saying there were problems with fields not being filled out correctly (when I believe they were) ...and other times, I just noticed that the submit button didn't advance the user to the final screen. I've changed all fields from being mandatory to none being mandatory just to see if that would make a difference ...but nothing seems to work consistently. I know I've had multiple people try to fill out the form - but it's not consistently working and capturing the users name, email, etc.

Thanks @Jigar_Thakker - but the form is not embedded, and I'm not using any progressive or conditional fields. I did review the link you shared as well (thank you) - but again, none of what is in that help article applies here. Thanks again for tryin to assist.
