Pre-populate subject line or body text when replying to an email

Hi all,

We are sending emails for black friday next week and the CTA in one of the emails is connected to the email address of our support team. Basically, the user needs to reply with an X word to our support team in order to receive the offer for black friday.

Is there any way I can auto populate this X word in the subject line or the body text?

Hi @KSergieva11,

With the regular reply-to option in an email client, no. This will always default to a "Re: [subject line]" or similar.

However, if you're okay with adding a link to your email, you can use a mailto-link: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/create-a-click-to-call-or-mailto-link
